W. Owen Hartness, M.D.

Specialty: Interventional Cardiology

Dr. Hartness earned his undergraduate degree with honors at the university of Mississippi. He also graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He served his Internal Medicine internship, residency and Cardiology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Affiliated Hospitals.

A Clinical Instructor with the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, Dr. Hartness is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Cardiovascular Disease. He has had several articles published in various medical journals.

Dr. Hartness is active with the American Heart Association and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is a member of the Nashville Academy of Medicine.
